What can be used to erase crayon drawings on the table?

2024-12-03

There are various methods to remove crayon marks on the table, including using alcohol paper, makeup remover or cream, toothpaste and baking soda, banana oil, etc. ‌‌

Alcohol paper covering method: Soak the tissue in alcohol to ensure that the tissue fully absorbs the alcohol. Then, cover the crayon print on the table with alcohol soaked paper and wait for about five minutes for the alcohol to fully exert its effects. After five minutes, gently wipe with a cloth, and the crayon marks will gradually be wiped away.

Makeup remover and essential oil method: Spray some makeup remover or essential oil on the table to evenly cover the crayon print. After waiting for a while, gently wipe off the colored pen print with a damp towel.

Toothpaste and baking soda method: Soak the table with crayon marks in an appropriate amount of descaling agent or 84 disinfectant first. After soaking for a period of time, dry the table. Then use a toothbrush dipped in toothpaste and baking soda to gently scrub the crayon marks. After brushing, rinse with clean water, and finally use olive oil or hand cream to maintain the surface of the table to prevent it from drying out and being damaged.

Banana water cleaning method: For wax crayon prints with paint properties, banana water and other paint substitutes can be used for cleaning. However, it should be noted that this method is only applicable to non painted tabletops. Be careful when using banana juice to avoid contact with skin and eyes.

When dealing with crayon marks, the following points should be noted:

Hair dryer blowing method: After using a hair dryer to blow away crayon marks, wipe in one direction without repeated friction to avoid damaging the surface of the table.

Paper towel wiping method: If the paper towel gets dirty, it should be replaced with a new one in a timely manner to avoid getting dirtier with more wiping.

Avoid prolonged blowing: Do not let the hair dryer stare at one place for a long time to prevent the table surface from bulging.
